Pawn Stars
TBS went on a business trip to Vegas this week. We miss him so much when he's away!
He worked hard and didn't have much free time, but he was able to visit the shop from PAWN STARS!

AH! We love that show. I told him to find me some classy pawn joo-rees, but he didn't. Boo.
{And, yes - I made him clarify ten times that he was looking for PAWN stars in Las Vegas...to avoid any unfortunate miscommunication...}
Anyhow - here's my good-lookin' hubby doing what he does best :
bringing the awesome.

The Zoo.
We spent the day at the zoo and had SO MUCH FUN.
First, we saw snakes {shutter}
We had lunch...
We shared our lunch with some new friends...
Did some exploring...
We played on this thing for a solid hour.
He pretended it was a pirate ship and called out, "ARGH, MATEE!" to everyone who walked by.

He's bigger than an infant gorilla should he ever need to fend one off...which is just good information to have.
Aaanndd, a water fight.

Restaurant
The Boy has been wanting to go to a restaurant lately.
He just got the idea in his head, and he's asked about it every day for a week.
So, tonight while TBS was at the RSL game, The Boy and I went out to dinner.
I let him order his own food and even pick our table - when I went to pay, he said "Mom, don't worry, I'll pay for it."
The only part that he wasn't crazy about was WAITING for his food...
