Gorilla Poop Cookies

They are actually called "No Bake Cookies", but a few years ago my brothers gave them a more colorful name. 

We had a fun afternoon making cookies and delivering them to everyone who helped us through our difficult week...

This has been a heck of a week!

I've had the most unbelievable flu bug.
It's been awful - but I am on the mend.
I have risen from my death bed to post on my blog!
